Promotion terms and conditions:
- This offer is only applicable to customers who make a HK$20,000 or above purchase on SHARP Online Shop during the promotional period (1 December to 18 December 2017). Customers must be MySharp members (please complete membership registration on SHARP website https://www.sharp.com.hk/en/ ). Customers will receive our call within 2-3 working days and please send the contact person, telephone number and Christmas wishes, directly to infosharp@electric.com.hk . Redemption items are limited and available on a first come, first served basis whilst stock lasts. Once the registration is confirmed, modification or cancellation will not be accepted.
- Christmas promotion is only applicable to the first 25 qualified customers. Customer’s Christmas wish will display twice on the LED screen of SHARP in Wanchai.
- This offer cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for other offers or cash, returned or amended.
- The Christmas wish of the customers will be displayed on the LED screen of SHARP in Wanchai (Sun΄s Group Tower, 200 Gloucester Road, Wanchai) on the evening of 24 December 2017 (22:00 – 23:59).
- The length of the Christmas wish sentence cannot exceed 20 Chinese characters or English words.
- Customers must comply with the following guidelines when writing their new year wishes:
- Content must not violate any person’s rights or include elements that are slanderous or offensive to others.
- Content must be suitable for viewing by individuals of any age and completely compliant to the laws and all regulations.
- Content must not include or display any words or images deemed offensive, explicit, vulgar, defamatory or inappropriate by ‘SHARP’.
- All displayed or provided content and opinions must not implicate the following: (i) any illegal activities, (ii) any profiteering schemes or opportunities; (iii) any religion; (iv) any political opinion by any party or that is openly expressed; (v) violence or abusive treatment of humans and animals: or (vi) self-injury or suicide.
- Any content that does not comply with our guidelines will be deemed invalid. ‘SHARP’ has the right to refuse publication without notifying the customers concerned. In the event of disputes, the decision of ‘SHARP’ shall be final.
- Service charge will be levied (HK$17,800), once customer refund the product with personal or unreasonable reason after enjoy the offer.
- This offer is subject to change without prior notice.
- SHARP will not be held responsible for any losses or liabilities incurred.
- This offer is subject to the Terms & Conditions of SHARP.
- SHARP reserves the right to terminate, alter and amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time, without prior notice and bearing any responsibilities.
- SHARP reserves the right of final decision on this promotional activity. In the event of disputes, the final decision of SHARP shall be binding.
